My love for baking started when I was 13 years old. My mother was a fabulous baker and as a child I would always watch and learn. As I grew older, I developed an intolerance for foods containing wheat and soy and began looking for alternatives. Unfortunately, I found the gluten-free options available at the time to be lacking in taste, texture, and quality. Over the years, I have experimented with many gluten-free flours and baking methods in search of a replacement that tastes as good or better than the original wheat-based recipe. After many hours in the kitchen, I am happy to say that I have achieved, and in many cases, exceeded my goal. I created Knead Luv, to share my passion and love for baking to others. MORE importantly, to allow everyone the opportunity to now enjoy eating their desserts and savories deliciously GLUTEN-FREE.
